3. Registrations, Fees, and Refunds

All fees associated with our academy registrations and services are communicated upfront. Specifically, the base registration fee (e.g., Rs. 590/-) for academy programs is strictly non-refundable and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).

Payments must be made through our authorized bank accounts or approved UPI gateways as displayed on the enrollment page. We do not take responsibility for transactions made to unauthorized accounts.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to course materials, presentations, source code, logos, website design, graphics, and text, are the intellectual property of WhiteCollar Infotech LLP. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services or materials without express written permission from us.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WhiteCollar Infotech LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our services.

Our training programs are designed to equip you with industry-standard skills; however, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes, as hiring is subject to third-party employer policies and candidate performance.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
